South Arvada Residence – addition and full renovation
This newly renovated home is located in central Colorado. A generous master bedroom addition was added to the southwest to provide a separate private master suite for the Owner. The homes’ core interior was opened up to create a an open kitchen and great-room with added south wall windows to draw in abundant natural winter sunlight. The homes’ exterior was enhanced to portray the classic Colorado mountain home architecture with the use of stone, stucco, and large heavy timber cedar beams / posts, rafters at the front entry porch.
